Raeford's Montiero joins Lumberton Police Dept.

Recently commended for completing NC certification program

Peter "Pete" John Montiero has left the Raeford Police Department to join the Lumberton Police Department. He was recently commended by the Raeford City Council for successfully completing North Carolina's certification program for criminal investigation.
