Lumberton football pounds Cape FearThe Lumberton football team defeated Cape Fear 33-6 in a game played on a wet field with intermittent rain. Lumberton knocked out Cape Fear with several big running plays, including Stargell Love's 42-yard TD run, William Blanks' 47-yard TD run, and Craig Stephens' 50-yard rush for a touchdown.
